Kokusan Genen Marudaizu Shoyu

This low-table salt soy sauce is naturally brewed from organic Japanese soy beans, wheat and sun dried salt. It makes it particularly suitable for the cuisine of health-conscious individuals. The table salt content is less than half compared to ordinary soy sauces. It goes well with a wide variety of dishes.
